POLICY
48
hours or more notice will not attract a cancel fee. 48 to 24 hours will be a
50% cancel fee.
Less
than 24 hours will be a 100% cancel fee.
TERMS
AND CONDITIONS
All
prices quoted are in GBP and are exclusive of parking, excess waiting time,
Credit
cards supplied for payment will be charged on completion of services. We
reserve the right to charge a deposit for certain services.
Deposits/pre-payments
may be required on certain bookings.
By
accepting our terms and conditions you authorise England Limousines to charge
your credit card for services provided, plus any surcharges that may occur.
Amex
credit card payments are subject to a 3% surcharge.
Smoking
is not permitted in our vehicles.
All
hires start and finish from our nearest base.
Any
variation on the journey booked may incur additional charges.
All
invoices and charges are due on completion of services, except when the hirer
has a credit account facility previously agreed by us.
We
reserve the right to substitute any vehicle or chauffeur in the event of
unforeseen circumstances, but we will endeavour to supply a vehicle of equal
quality.
Our
airport collection rates include 60 minutes waiting time - we monitor flight
progress to the best of our abilities from the information given. Charges may
occur for excess waiting time.
We
make every effort that the vehicle booked arrives on time but we cannot be held
responsible or liable for losses that occur that are beyond our control, for
example, last minute road closures.
We
will always travel by the most appropriate route unless instructed by the
client.
Although
our vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third party claims, customer
properties are carried at their own risk and we cannot be responsible for any
loss or damage to this property.
We
reserve the right to refuse to carry passengers who appear to be under the
influence of alcohol or drugs, on the grounds that they may become a threat to
our drivers or our vehicles.
An
appropriate fee for valeting costs will be charged
for any vehicles ‘soiled’ by the client.
